About Me

My name is Mel North and I’m an illustrator based in the English countryside in Somerset, UK. I love drawing fun foods with faces in colourful patterns, children’s editorial illustrations, and drawings that represent aspects of simple living and mindfulness.

When I’m not drawing I home educate my children, play with my whippet, go for country walks, knit and play video games. I am inspired by nature, children’s books, and living in the countryside.
